Thoughts about film. Thoughts about films by women. Thoughts about words and language. All kinds of stuff. And occasionally thoughts about cake.

fashion victim

I saw a woman in a feathery vest

it pains me to say it but

she didn’t look her best.

Shapeless things, in style or out,

just do not work if you’re stout.

Although I’m loathe to judge her fashion wrongs,

to complete the look, she was wearing thongs!
